These Terms of Use apply when you use the Dunno app or dunno.codearc.studio. Dunno is provided by CodeArc.studio. By using Dunno, you agree to these terms and to any applicable Apple platform terms.
2. limited license
Subject to these terms, you may use Dunno for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit Dunno or its original content except where applicable law expressly permits it.
3. activity suggestions
Dunno suggests things you might choose to do. Suggestions are general ideas, not professional advice, instructions to take a specific risk, or a guarantee that an activity is appropriate for you, your location, your age, your abilities, the weather, or your circumstances.
Use your own judgment. Follow applicable laws, property rules, safety guidance, manufacturer instructions, and any supervision requirements. Do not attempt an activity when it would be unsafe, illegal, inappropriate, or beyond your abilities.
4. third-party services and places
Some ideas may involve third-party apps, websites, businesses, public places, products, or services. CodeArc.studio does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, terms, accuracy, safety, pricing, or conduct.
5. changes and availability
Dunno is under active development. Features, activity suggestions, supported platforms, and availability may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or website.
6. disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dunno is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. CodeArc.studio does not guarantee that every suggestion will be useful, available, error-free, or appropriate for every person or situation.
7. limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeArc.studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of Dunno or an activity you choose to undertake. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. intellectual property
Dunno’s branding, original interface, original written activity content, website design, and other original materials are owned by CodeArc.studio or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9. changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Dunno changes. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when these terms change materially.
